Vinification – 7-day maceration, pneumatic press pressing, fermentation and malolactic fermentation, maturation on fine lees for 5 months in used barrels
Maturation – 400l and barrique barrel (225l) 3 months, bottling at the old moon
Acidity – 5,60 g/l
Alcohol – 11,5 %vol
Volume - 0,75l
