Since the vineyards as well as the wine cellar are located in the middle of Dolenjska, their basic wine is Cviček. Cviček is a Slovenian wine specialty from traditional varieties of red and white grape varieties with a low alcohol level and pleasant acidity. The tradition of the Kartuzija Pleterje is also mass wine. It is a dry wine made from Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Kerner and Welschriesling. In better vintages, they produce top-quality varietal wines, predicate wines and sparkling wines.
