The Škof wine farm comes from the wine-growing village of Boldraž pod Radovico. They are currently cultivating a bit more than 4,5 hectares, mainly of restored vineyards in Slatine and Radovica at an altitude of 250m to 350m.
They have always produced classic Bela krajina wines, such as Belokranjec PTP and Metliška črnina PTP. Years ago, they increased the selection of wines, especially with the Blaufränkisch, Portugueser, Kraljevina and Yellow Muscat.
Since 2017, they have also been cultivating some wines in hand-made dolios (amphorae) from Georgia, which are buried in the ground. The farm has also been fruit-oriented since 2013, as they have just under a hectare of Aronia plantations. Aronia contains many anthocyanins, procyanidins, flavonols and phenolic acids. They mainly produce 100% natural juice, tea and sweet liqueur from it. Since 2017, the farm has also been producing pumpkin oil, following the process of roasting and warm pressing of pumpkins. Wines and other products are available at home.
